Margaret is on a garden rooftop she had snuck onto as she has pulled out her portable, handheld spyglass and is looking up towards the stars above, admiring their beauty, now and then writing down in her notebook, noting and drawing the stars. The roof creaks slightly as the wind blows, though, the wind wouldn't cause this heavy of a creak. Margaret looks around a bit but then goes back to her star gazing. A feeling of discomfort washes over Margaret as the creaking continues to grow sightly closer. Margaret, not seeing anything before continues to stargaze. Thinking the wind must be it. Soft booms can be heard in the distance as the discomfort grows. The wind grows in strength. She looks in her spyglass to where the booms are coming from, thinking a storm might be coming. No source can be found. Just the noises in the distance. And then everything halts.
"Hi!" Says a voice from right behind Margaret. Margaret turns with the spyglass still to her eye as she fumbles with it, when seeing Lucy.
“Um hello? Is this your house? I’m sorry” She starts to speak 100 words per second, “I thought you were sleeping or something or maybe you were gone or something and I could just check out the roof and Star gaze and is this even your house? Maybe it is not but that does not matter to my actions-“
Lucy blinks like 20 times, "That's crazy and all but wanna join a LARP?"
Margaret catches her breath, “What? Sorry? I mean sure? What is a LARP? Hm?”
"Live Action Roleplay! It's basically playing pretend but cooler!" Lucy's smile is unnaturally wide.
“Um… sure? Sorry you just caught me off guard. Y’all got like a meeting place or something?”
"Mhm! It's all in this pamphlet!" She hands Margaret a pamphlet. It's all in binary.
“I… I can’t read this?”
"That's because it's encoded, silly goose!" she chuckles, "Look up 'binary decoder' and type in the numbers, you'll see what it says!"
Margaret pulls out her phone and does so.
